Getting Started
Most clients see their first automated consultations booked within two weeks of launch. Meaningful case volume increases typically appear by month two as campaigns optimize and intake automation builds momentum. By month three, most firms have completely replaced their old intake process.
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. We keep clients by delivering results, not by locking them in. You can cancel with 30 days notice at any time, no questions asked.
A free 30-minute audit of your current intake and marketing setup. We'll show you exactly where leads are slipping through the cracks, give a realistic projection of what improvement looks like for your firm specifically, and answer every question you have. No pitch, no pressure, no obligation.
Very little. We handle the build. We'll need access to your calendar system for integration, basic info about your practice areas and target geography, and your case acceptance criteria so we can build the qualification script. Onboarding takes about 2–3 hours of your time total across week one.
Intake & Automation
When a lead submits their information, our system immediately sends a personalized SMS and email within 90 seconds. The AI then asks qualification questions specific to your case types — liability, injuries, timeline, insurance coverage. If they meet your criteria, the system books a consultation directly to your calendar. Your team only sees qualified, scheduled appointments.
The system runs a multi-touch follow-up sequence — SMS and email at 1 hour, 24 hours, 3 days, and 7 days. Most non-immediate responses come from this sequence. Leads that don't respond after 7 days are marked inactive but remain in your CRM for future outreach.
Yes. We build the qualification script around your specific case acceptance criteria. If you only take auto accidents over $25,000 in value, or only work with cases where liability is clear, we build that into the script. The AI handles the filtering so your calendar only fills with cases you actually want.
Ads & Budget
Ad spend is separate from our management fee and varies by market, practice area, and competition level. We typically recommend starting with $2,000–$5,000/month for smaller markets and $5,000–$10,000 for competitive metros like Seattle or Chicago. We'll give you a specific recommendation based on your goals on the demo call.
Primarily Google Search and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Google Search captures people actively searching for an injury attorney — the highest intent channel. Meta allows us to reach people based on demographics, geography, and behavior signals before they've searched. Most firms benefit most from Google first, with Meta added as volume grows.
We can work alongside them or replace them entirely. Most clients come to us after working with a general marketing agency that didn't understand legal economics — agencies that optimized for clicks and impressions rather than signed retainers. We specialize exclusively in law firms. Every strategy we build is measured by case value, not vanity metrics.
Every lead is tracked from the first ad click through qualification, booking, and retainer signing. We build a dashboard that shows you cost per lead, cost per qualified consultation, and estimated cost per case. We report weekly and meet monthly to review performance and adjust strategy based on what's actually converting to signed clients.
Firm Fit
Primarily personal injury — auto accidents, slip & fall, medical malpractice, trucking accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and workers comp. We also work with criminal defense, family law, immigration, and Social Security disability attorneys. If you have a firm type not listed, ask us — we likely have experience there.
Both. Solo attorneys benefit enormously because they can't afford to hire a full intake team — our automation replaces that cost entirely. Larger firms benefit from the volume and optimization infrastructure. Our minimum engagement is around $1,500/month in management fees, separate from ad spend.
